椰殼活性炭是一種多孔徑的炭化物，有著極其豐富的孔隙構(gòu)造，具有很好的吸附性能。它的吸附作用是集物理及化學(xué)的吸咐力而成的，其外觀色澤呈黑色，其成份除了主要的炭以外，還包含了少量的氫、氮、氧，其結(jié)構(gòu)則外形似以一個(gè)六邊形，由于不規(guī)則的六邊形結(jié)構(gòu)，確定了其體枳及高表面積的特點(diǎn)，每克活性炭所具有的比表面相當(dāng)于1000個(gè)平方米之多。

椰殼活性炭注意事項(xiàng)

1、活性炭在運(yùn)輸過程中，防止與堅(jiān)硬物質(zhì)混狀，不可踩踏，以防炭粒破碎，影響質(zhì)量。

2、儲(chǔ)存：應(yīng)儲(chǔ)存于多孔型吸附劑，所以在運(yùn)輸儲(chǔ)存和使用過程中，都要 防止水浸，因水浸后，大量水充滿活性空隙，使其失去作用。

3、防止焦油類物質(zhì)：在使用過程中，應(yīng)禁止焦油類物質(zhì)帶入活性炭床，以免堵塞活性炭空隙，使其失去吸附作用， 有除焦設(shè)備凈化氣體。

4、防火：活性炭在儲(chǔ)存或運(yùn)輸時(shí)，防止與火源直接接觸，以防著火、活性炭再生時(shí)避免進(jìn)氧并再生徹底，再生后必須用蒸汽冷卻降至80以下，否則溫度高，遇氧，活性炭自燃。
