一、脫硫活性炭介紹：

脫硫活性炭是添加十幾種促進劑加工而成，具有發達微孔結構的氣體催化劑,對氣體中的 及部分有機硫的精脫除。脫硫活性炭廣泛應用于 、液化氣等各種氣源對 及部分有機硫的精脫除。在使用上具有操作方便、凈化度高、床層阻力小、適應性強、脫 及部分有機硫的速度快、容量高等特點。它是一種新型 的氣體催化劑，能在常溫、常壓下保持較高的活性與容量。

二、脫硫活性炭特點：

①比表面積大、吸附值高。作為裝載磺化鈦氰鈷的活性炭，要求亞甲藍吸附值要高，中孔發達，負載量超過普通活性炭。

②強度好，不易碎。由于負載磺化鈦氰鈷活性炭，要在固定床中反復接受壓力考驗，溶液浸泡，所以要求強度要高，顆粒是自然形狀。

③灰份雜質含量少。為了確保催化劑順利進行化學反應，要盡量減少炭中灰份，金屬離子等各種雜質含量。提高活性炭孔隙利用率。

④水分低。盡可能保持活性炭 低水分，避免影響其功能發揮。

三、脫硫活性炭主要反映原理：

催化劑在一定的條件下與空氣中的 體及部分有機硫發生化學反應而生成固定的化合物，減輕空氣中的 體及部分有機硫的濃度，凈化后的混合氣體中 及部分有機硫的含量降低98%以上，不會對人員產生危害。

四、脫硫活性炭注意事項：

1、裝填時注意：由于運輸、裝卸過程中產生粉塵，裝填寫前須過篩。

2、運輸與保管：在運輸時要輕裝輕放，避免振動和碰撞，以免粉化。

五、脫硫活性炭包裝及儲存：
