一、脫硫活性炭介紹：

脫硫活性炭是添加十幾種促進(jìn)劑加工而成，具有發(fā)達(dá)微孔結(jié)構(gòu)的氣體催化劑,對(duì)氣體中的 及部分有機(jī)硫的精脫除。脫硫活性炭廣泛應(yīng)用于 、液化氣等各種氣源對(duì) 及部分有機(jī)硫的精脫除。在使用上具有操作方便、凈化度高、床層阻力小、適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)、脫 及部分有機(jī)硫的速度快、容量高等特點(diǎn)。它是一種新型 的氣體催化劑，能在常溫、常壓下保持較高的活性與容量。

二、脫硫活性炭特點(diǎn)：

①比表面積大、吸附值高。作為裝載磺化鈦氰鈷的活性炭，要求亞甲藍(lán)吸附值要高，中孔發(fā)達(dá)，負(fù)載量超過普通活性炭。

②強(qiáng)度好，不易碎。由于負(fù)載磺化鈦氰鈷活性炭，要在固定床中反復(fù)接受壓力考驗(yàn)，溶液浸泡，所以要求強(qiáng)度要高，顆粒是自然形狀。

③灰份雜質(zhì)含量少。為了確保催化劑順利進(jìn)行化學(xué)反應(yīng)，要盡量減少炭中灰份，金屬離子等各種雜質(zhì)含量。提高活性炭孔隙利用率。

④水分低。盡可能保持活性炭 低水分，避免影響其功能發(fā)揮。

三、脫硫活性炭主要反映原理：

催化劑在一定的條件下與空氣中的 體及部分有機(jī)硫發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)而生成固定的化合物，減輕空氣中的 體及部分有機(jī)硫的濃度，凈化后的混合氣體中 及部分有機(jī)硫的含量降低98%以上，不會(huì)對(duì)人員產(chǎn)生危害。

四、脫硫活性炭注意事項(xiàng)：

1、裝填時(shí)注意：由于運(yùn)輸、裝卸過程中產(chǎn)生粉塵，裝填寫前須過篩。

2、運(yùn)輸與保管：在運(yùn)輸時(shí)要輕裝輕放，避免振動(dòng)和碰撞，以免粉化。

五、脫硫活性炭包裝及儲(chǔ)存：

25kg袋裝，塑料編織袋，產(chǎn)品應(yīng)存放在室內(nèi)干燥處。
