PET, PE, aluminum foil or silica coating isolates the membrane’s upper surface materials; silica coated isolating membrane covered on the lower surface as anti-adhesion coating.

施工工藝流程

1.施工準備：包括主材、鋪材、施工基層、現(xiàn)場條件、技術(shù)方案等。
2.基層處理：基層應(yīng)滿足規(guī)范要求，平整、干凈、干燥；平立面交接處的陰陽角均應(yīng)做成圓弧。
3.涂刷基層處理劑：基層處理符合要求后，基層表面涂刷（或噴涂）配套基層處理劑。基層處理劑涂刷后（或噴涂）應(yīng)均勻一致，不應(yīng)露底，表面干燥后方可鋪貼卷材。
4.節(jié)點附加層施工：按照相關(guān)規(guī)范或設(shè)計要求對節(jié)點部位增貼附加層。一般部位附加層滿粘，應(yīng)力集中部位應(yīng)按照相關(guān)規(guī)范要求空鋪。
5.卷材收頭：收頭處要用密封膠密封 ，然后要用金屬壓條固定。
6.保護層施工：根據(jù)設(shè)計要求進行。

Construction process：
Construction preparations - disposal of base - apply primer - construct extra waterproof coating of detail nodes - base line pave - large areas with self - bond roll - exhausting and compacting - compacting and sealing of overlapped edge - close ends, fix and seal vertical face rolls, pass inspection - construct protective layer.
1.Construction preparations: includes principle material, paving of materials, construction base, field conditions and technical schematics, etc.
2.Disposal of base: the base shall be level, clean and dry to satisfy the requirements of the standard. The internal and external corner at the joint of plane and elevation shall be made into an arc.
3.Primer application: after the disposal of the base meets the requirement, paint (or spray) the primer on the base surface. The primer should be painted (or sprayed) equally without any missed areas. Lay the rolls after the drying of the surface.
4.Construction of node extra layer: add an extra layer to the nodes as required in the standard or design. The ordinary areas are fully adhered to, the areas of stress concentration are treated by border adhesion method as required in the standard.
5.End of roll: the end of roll is seaLED with sealant and fixed with metal bar.
6.Construction of protection layer: proceed as required in design plans.
五、施工注意事項 Construction Matters Needing Attention
1.鋪貼卷材嚴禁在雨天、雪天、五級及以上大風(fēng)中施工；施工溫度低于5℃時應(yīng)采用熱風(fēng)焊槍加熱后粘結(jié)。
2.施工前對人員進行安全教育，施工現(xiàn)場的安全防護設(shè)施齊全、消防設(shè)施按規(guī)定放置。
