石榴石又名“玉砂”，具有較強的硬度和很好的耐酸性耐堿性，它色多優美，質地堅硬。是一種化學成分比較復雜的硅酸鹽礦物，根據化學成分的不同，分為鋁質系列和鈣質系列兩大類，石榴石濾料就是由天然硅酸鹽礦物石榴石加工而成的，它熔點高、比重大、硬度好、耐酸耐磨度強、化學性能穩定，是一種新型的耐磨凈水材料。我公司生產的石榴石濾料為混合型，目前，經高純磁選出的有灰、紅、綠、白等多種，在建筑領域它還是一種廣泛使用的立體噴墻涂料，玻殼廠彩殼噴砂的耐磨材料。
