白剛玉是以優質氧化鋁粉為原料，經電熔提煉結晶而成，硬度略高于棕剛玉，韌性稍低，純度高、自銳性好、磨削能力強、發熱量小、效率高、耐酸堿腐蝕、耐高溫熱穩定性好。用其制成磨具適用于磨削高速鋼，高碳鋼等廣泛應用于固結磨具，涂附磨具，拋光和精密鑄造等行業。并且由于白剛玉經電熔提煉結晶而成，硬度略高于棕剛玉，韌性稍低，純度高、耐酸堿腐蝕、耐高溫熱穩定性好，是一種高級的耐火材料。

白剛玉適用于各種高端產品，工藝或者五金等產品表面美化處理，噴砂后表面潔白無任何雜質，免去清洗煩惱。細號白剛玉可用作拋光研磨。也可用做各種產品添加劑。

1、表面加工：金屬氧化層，碳化物黑皮，金屬或非金屬表面污銹清除，如重力壓鑄模，橡膠模之氧化物或離形劑之去除，陶瓷表面黑點，色去除，彩繪重生。

2、美化加工：各種黃金，K金飾品，貴金屬制品之消光或霧面處理，水晶，玻璃，波紋，壓克力等非金屬之霧面加工以及能使加工物表面成金屬光澤。

3、蝕刻加工：玉石，水晶，瑪瑙，半寶石，印章，雅石，古董，大理石墓碑，陶瓷，木材，竹片等之蝕刻美工。

4、前處理加工：鐵氟龍（TEFLON），PU，橡膠，塑料被覆，橡膠滾桶（ROLLER），電鍍，金屬噴焊，鍍鈦等之前處理，使表面附著力增加。

5、毛邊加工：電木，塑料，鋅，鋁壓鑄品，電子零件，磁芯等之毛邊去除。

6、應力消除加工：航天，國防，精密工業之零件，除銹，除漆消光，整修等之應力消除加工處理。

7、電子零件加工：硅芯片之霧面及蝕刻，晶圓背面雜質去除，電子零件封裝之溢膠，成品表面印字的去除，陶瓷電熱之清潔。

8、模具之加工：一般模具表面之噴砂，模具咬花后霧面處理，線切割模，玻璃模，輪胎模，導電橡膠模，鞋模，電木模，電鍍模，按鍵模，塑料制品模。

9、大工作物之加工：大型工件如油槽，化學槽，船殼，銅構，鐵皮屋，貨柜，汽車工業等之除銹，除漆，維修及大片平板玻璃自動霧面處理。

10、玻璃加工：各種工藝玻璃之噴砂。

白剛玉用耐用編織袋包裝凈重25kg（也可按照客戶要求包裝），運輸儲存期間防止包裝破損，以免漏失或混入雜物。不宜與承托料及其他濾料一起運輸堆放。
