鋯英砂產(chǎn)品介紹

鋯英砂是一種以鋯的硅酸鹽(ZrSiO4)為主要組成的礦物，理論組成為ZrO2：67.1；SiO2：32.9，主要化學(xué)組成為ZrO2、SiO2及少量Fe2O3、Al2O3等雜質(zhì)。比重4.64.71，莫氏硬度為78級(jí)，折射率1.93－2.01，熔點(diǎn)21902420。

鋯英砂的特點(diǎn)
1、熱膨脹系數(shù)小，性能可與鋯英砂媲美，用其配制型砂，鑄件不會(huì)產(chǎn)生膨脹缺陷；
2、砂粒為球形，流動(dòng)性好，易舂實(shí)，且透氣性好；
3、表面光滑，結(jié)構(gòu)致密，使得粘結(jié)劑能均勻覆蓋；
4、寶珠砂屬中性材料，酸、堿粘結(jié)劑均可使用；

鋯英砂用途

鋯英砂（鋯英石）極耐高溫，其熔點(diǎn)達(dá)2750。并耐酸腐蝕。世界上有80的直接用于鑄造工業(yè)、陶瓷、玻璃工業(yè)以及制造耐火材料。少量的用于鐵合金、醫(yī)藥、油漆、制革、磨料、化工及核工業(yè)。極少量的用于冶煉 。

含ZrO26566的鋯英石砂因其耐熔性(熔點(diǎn)2500以上)而直接用作鑄造廠鐵金屬的鑄型材料。鋯英石砂具有較低的熱膨脹性、較高的導(dǎo)熱性，而且較其他普通耐熔材料有較強(qiáng)的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性，因此優(yōu)質(zhì)鋯英石和其他各種粘合劑一起有良好的粘結(jié)性而用于鑄造業(yè)。鋯英石砂也用作玻璃窯的磚塊。而鋯英石砂和鋯英石粉與其他耐熔材料混合還有其他用途。

鋯英石用于耐火材料（稱(chēng)鋯質(zhì)耐火材料，如鋯剛玉磚，鋯質(zhì)耐火纖維），鑄造行業(yè)鑄型用砂（精密鑄件型砂），精密搪瓷器具，此外也用于玻璃、金屬（海綿鋯）以及鋯化合物（二氧化鋯、氯氧化鋯、鋯酸鈉、 、 鋯等）的生產(chǎn)中。適于消失模、履膜砂、水玻璃砂、樹(shù)脂砂、精密鑄造及銅、鋁件的拋光清理。

可制作玻璃窯的鋯英石磚，盛鋼桶用鋯英石磚、搗打料和澆注料；添加到其它材料中可改善其性能，如合成堇青石中添加鋯英砂，可拓寬堇青石的燒結(jié)范圍，而又不影響其熱震穩(wěn)定性；在高鋁磚中添加鋯英砂，制造抗剝落高鋁磚，熱震穩(wěn)定性大大提高；還可用于提取ZrO2。
