|
分子篩有天然沸石和合成沸石兩種。它是一種人工合成且對水分子有較強吸附性的干燥劑產品。分子篩的孔徑大小可以通過加工工藝的不同來控制,除了吸附水汽,它還可以吸附其他氣體。分子篩具有均勻的微孔結構,它的孔穴直徑大小均勻,這些孔穴能把比其直徑小的分子吸附到孔腔的內部,并對極性分子和不飽和分子具有優先吸附能力,因而能把極性程度不同,飽和程度的不同,分子大小不同及沸點不同的分子分離開來,即具有“篩分”分子的作用,故稱分子篩。
1、具有極高,深度干燥分離度;
2、可以有效地避免分離時所產生共吸附現象,提高產品得率;
3、可以在同一系統中同時完成干燥和物質的純化;
4、在較高的溫度條件下,同樣具有一定的吸附容量;

3A分子篩的孔徑是3A,主要用于吸附水,不吸附直徑大于3的任何分子,根據工業上的應用特點,分子篩具有快吸附速度、再生次數、抗碎強度及抗污染能力,提高了分子篩的利用效率并延長了分子篩的使用壽命,是石油、化工行業中氣液相深度干燥、精煉、聚合所必需的干燥劑。
