石英砂濾料簡介

石英砂是一種堅硬、耐磨、化學性能穩定的硅酸鹽礦物，其主要礦物成分是SiO2，石英砂的顏色為乳白色或無色半透明狀，硬度7，性脆無解理，貝殼狀斷口，油脂光澤，相對密度為2.65，其化學、熱學和機械性能具有明顯的異向性，不溶于酸，微溶于KOH溶液，熔點1750℃。顏色呈乳白色、淡黃、褐色及灰色，石英有較高的耐火性能，分為:普通石英砂，精制石英砂，酸洗石英砂，高純石英砂等。
石英砂濾料不僅是單層過濾的較佳材料，而且和無煙煤濾料作雙層過濾較為理想。精制石英砂濾料適用于生活飲用水過濾和其它水質凈化處理，更加適合于石油、化工、礦山、冶金、熱電、造紙、印染、制革、食品等生產用水的前期處理和循環水處理，以及污水的回收利用。

石英砂濾料分類

1、普通石英砂濾料：主要用在污水處理中，用三五年都沒問題，只要防止石英砂流失就行，被污染了不要緊，因為污水處理中，污泥可以進行好氧或者厭氧呼吸，將污水中的污染物降解。
2、精制石英砂濾料：用在純水處理中，在砂濾器中，一般2到3年就要更換，通常被污染后，污染物包住石英砂就不能再起到很好的過濾作用了，只能更換。石英砂濾料通過Iso9001-2000質量體系認證。在中性及值在范圍內的酸性水中都很穩定，但在堿性水中有微溶解，化學水處理中SiO2增量不超過2mg/L。

普通快濾池、無閥濾池、三閥濾池、虹吸濾池、V型濾池、雙層及三層濾料濾池、粗濾料反粒度過濾池，也可用于壓力凈水器、濾罐化工、石油、冶金、熱電、造紙、印染行業所需濾料以及污水處理廠。

石英砂磨料用途

1、玻璃：平板玻璃、浮法玻璃、玻璃制品（玻璃罐、玻璃瓶、玻璃管等）、光學玻璃、玻璃纖維、玻璃儀器、導電玻璃、玻璃布及防射線特種玻璃等的主要原料。

2、陶瓷及耐火材料：瓷器的胚料和釉料，窯爐用高硅磚、普通硅磚以及碳化硅等的原料。

3、冶金：硅金屬、硅鐵合金和硅鋁合金等的原料或添加劑、熔劑

4、建筑：混凝土、膠凝材料、筑路材料、人造大理石、水泥物理性能檢驗材料（即水泥標準砂）等

5、化工：硅化合物和水玻璃等的原料，硫酸塔的填充物，無定形二氧化硅微粉

6、機械：鑄造型砂的主要原料，研磨材料（噴砂、硬研磨紙、砂紙、砂布等）

7、電子：高純度金屬硅、通訊用光纖等
