聚合氯化鋁代號PAC，通常也稱作凈水劑或絮凝劑，它是介于ALCL3和AL(OH)3之間的一種水溶性無機高分子聚合物，化學通式為[AL2(OH)NCL6-NLm]其中m代表聚合程度，n表示PAC產品的中性程度。顏色呈黃色或淡黃色、深褐色、深灰色樹脂狀固體。該產品有較強的架橋吸附性能，在水解過程中，伴隨發生凝聚，吸附和沉淀等物理化學過程。聚合氯化鋁與傳統無機混凝劑的根本區別在于傳統無機混凝劑為低分子結晶鹽，而聚合氯化鋁的結構由形態多變的多元羧基絡合物組成，絮凝沉淀速度快，適用PH值范圍寬，對管道設備無腐蝕性，凈水效果明顯，能有效支除水中色質SS、COD、BOD及砷、汞等重金屬離子，該產品廣泛用于飲用水、工業用水和污水處理領域。

2、藥劑投加量一般為：液體產品3-40克/噸，固體產品10-300克/噸，具體投加量由用戶根據攪拌實驗和生產性實驗來決定；
3、本產品不能與其他化學藥品混合存放，不得與有毒有害物共運共貯。
4、液體產品采用聚乙烯塑料桶包裝，每桶凈重25KG，采用雙層桶蓋，內蓋扣嚴，外蓋旋緊，用戶需要時，液體聚合氯化鋁也可用貯罐車裝運。
