離子交換樹脂簡介

離子交換樹脂是一類具有離子交換功能的高分子材料。在溶液中它能將本身的離子與溶液中的同號離子進行交換。按交換基團性質(zhì)的不同，離子交換樹脂可分為陽離子交換樹脂和陰離子交換樹脂兩類。常用的離子交換設備裝填的樹脂大都是201ｘ7強堿性 系陰離子交換樹脂及001ｘ7強酸性 系陽離子交換樹脂。如果在水質(zhì)要求特別高的場合則使用拋光樹脂。一般情況下，常規(guī)的鈉離子交換樹脂帶有大量的鈉離子。當水中的鈣鎂離子含量高時，離子交換樹脂可以釋放出鈉離子，功能基團與鈣鎂離子結(jié)合，這樣水中的鈣鎂離子含量降低，水的硬度下降。硬水就變?yōu)檐浰@是軟化水設備的工作過程。
當樹脂上的大量功能基團與鈣鎂離子結(jié)合后，樹脂的軟化能力下降，可以用氯化鈉溶液流過樹脂，此時溶液中的鈉離子含量高，功能基團會釋放出鈣鎂離子而與鈉離子結(jié)合，這樣樹脂就恢復了交換能力，這個過程叫作“再生”。

離子交換樹脂用途
1、水處理：水處理領(lǐng)域離子交換樹脂的需求量很大，約占離子交換樹脂產(chǎn)量的90%，用于水中的各種陰陽離子的去除。目前，離子交換樹脂的較大消耗量是用在火力發(fā)電廠的純水處理上，其次是原子能、半導體、電子工業(yè)等。

2、食品工業(yè)：離子交換樹脂可用于制糖、味精、酒的精制、生物制品等工業(yè)裝置上。例如：高果糖漿的制造是由玉米中萃出淀粉后，再經(jīng)水解反應，產(chǎn)生葡萄糖與果糖，而后經(jīng)離子交換處理，可以生成高果糖漿。離子交換樹脂在食品工業(yè)中的消耗量僅次于水處理。

3、制藥行業(yè)：制藥工業(yè)離子交換樹脂對發(fā)展新一代的抗菌素及對原有抗菌素的質(zhì)量改良具有重要作用。鏈霉素的開發(fā)成功即是突出的例子。近年還在中藥提成等方面有所研究。

4、合成化學和石油化學工業(yè)：在有機合成中常用酸和堿作催化劑進行酯化、水解、酯交換、水合等反應。用離子交換樹脂代替無機酸、堿，同樣可進行上述反應，且優(yōu)點更多。如樹脂可反復使用，產(chǎn)品容易分離，反應器不會被腐蝕，不污染環(huán)境，反應容易控制等。
（ ）的制備，就是用大孔型離子交換樹脂作催化劑，由異丁烯與 反應而成，代替了原有的可對環(huán)境造成嚴重污染的 。

6、濕法冶金及其它：離子交換樹脂可以從貧礦里分離、濃縮、提純及提取稀土元素和貴金屬。

樹脂預處理

１、陽樹脂的預處理
首先，使用飽和食鹽水，取其量約等于被處理樹脂體積的兩倍，將樹脂置于食鹽溶液中浸泡18-20小時，然后放盡食鹽水，用清水漂洗凈，使排出水不帶黃色；
其次，再用2%-4%NaOH溶液，其量與上相同，在其中浸泡2-4小時（或小流量清洗），放盡堿液后，沖洗樹脂直至排出水接近中性為止；
較后，用5%HCL溶液，其量亦與上述相同，浸泡4-8小時，放盡酸液，用清水漂流至中性待用。

２、陰樹脂的預處理
其預處理方法中的 步與陽樹脂預處理方法中的 步相同；而后用5%HCL浸泡4-8小時，然后放盡酸液，用水清洗至中性；而后用2%-4% NaOH溶液浸泡4-8小時后，放盡堿液，用清水洗至中性待用。

保存方法

離子交換樹脂不能露天存放，存放處的溫度為0-40℃，當存放處溫度稍低于0℃時，應向包裝袋內(nèi)加入澄清的飽和食鹽水、浸泡樹脂。此外，當存放處溫度過高時，不但使樹脂易于脫水，還會加速陰樹脂的降解。一旦樹脂失水，使用時不能直接加水，可用澄清的飽和食鹽水浸泡，然后再逐步加水稀釋，洗去鹽分，貯存期間應使其保持濕潤。
